AURORA FESTIVAL 2021 - COMMERCIAL OPTIONS

 

This is for those who wish to attend the Festival in a COMMERCIAL capacity. Whether you are selling products, promoting your services or simply looking to become a sponsor. We have had huge interest from many different parties to become involved in the biggest event of the lifestyle calendar.

 

We have a wide variety of food suppliers, exhibitors, artists etc. and want to ensure that bookings are secured as early as possible so we can communicate and promote you to the guests via our extensive marketing.

 

Each package option will allow us to work closely with our partners to promote the services and products you have, not only to those attending but also to those on the mailing lists.

 

(ALL PACKAGES ONCE BOOKED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, AS WE TURN AWAY ANY IDENTICAL STALLS OR SUPPLIERS, SUBJECT TO A MAXIMUM OF NO MORE THAN 2 OF EACH TYPE OF RETAILER.)

  • Logo printed on staff T shirts (if package purchased before December 31st 2019).

  • No. of event tickets included - 6 adults.

  • Email Promotions - 5 minimum sent out to mailing list before the event.

  • Sponsored Tent or Area - 1 - have your name associated with 1 specific area on site. (3m X 3m). You can design this area to represent your venue or services

  • Electric and heat provided.

  • Included on Website -featured - details that you want us to provide.

  • Material in Welcome Pack.

  • Sponsored Event (Prizes to be Supplied by Sponsor) - 2 - for example (Jelly wrestling, wet T shirt competition).

  • Electric and heating supplies to themed areas from 12 noon on the day of opening until the event ends.

FOOD VENDORS

£300.00

 

  • We will distribute and promote your offerings, and liaise with you on suitable opening times etc . Please ensure you have suitable and in date food hygiene certificates and all your electrical and gas equipment is serviced and safe. Please liaise with us on what electrical supply you will require. (We can only commit to supply electric from 12 noon on 2nd July)

  • This package does not include festival tickets but you may have staff to run your outlet but not to get involved in the Festival. PLEASE NOTE - Food vendors MUST arrive and be set up by 11.00am on 2nd July 2020 - Access to the site will not be allowed after this time. Any staff leaving site will be required to hold PHOTO ID for re-entry to the site.

  • WE DO NOT TAKE ANY % OF YOUR TAKINGS BUT WE RECOMMEND YOUR PRICES ARE HIGHLY COMPETITIVE AND NOT CHARGED AT "TRADITIONAL" FESTIVAL LEVELS.

STALL HOLDER

£275.00

  • For artists, stall holders etc who simply wish to promote/sell their services or products. Please note - WE DO NOT TAKE ANY % OF YOUR ORDERS - once this ticket is booked that's all we ask.

  • No. of event tickets included - 2

  • The space for stall holders is no more than 6m x 3m.

  • We do not provide any tents, tables or chairs, you must supply these.
